Well done to all who entered and ran in the F Duffy 10 mile raceand congratulations to the winners Andy Douglas from Scotland and Maria Mc Cambridge. Re Longford Marathon last Sunday. Congrats to Maurice Mc Morrow who was 1st over 70 in a time of 4hrs 26 mins .
Training is going great great progress is being made by all the new runners who are coming along at feirce pace. I hope you all wil be able to continue through the winter season.
