Results from the CSH Turkey Race

The annual CSH 4mile Turkey Race took place last Saturday on the XC 2mile circuit from the clubhouse. With his usual care and attention to detail John had prepared the handicaps for the field of 28 runners. The race was also very well supported by around 10 club helpers and officials. The winner in a tight race to the finish was Adrian McEntee followed by Paul Carolan and Tom O'Flaherty. First lady home was Grainne Butler followed by Ashling Murnane and Miko Waktins. The fastest runner on the day was Ger Clerkin in a great time of 25mins 2sec. The event finished with a very welcome cup of tea in the clubhouse.
