Perfect Day for Racing in Raheny

Well done to our 6 members who competed in the Raheny Shamrocks Mid- Summer 5k race which also incorporated the Dublin 5k Road Championship. First home was Paul Cowhie in 16mins23sec which earned him 4th place overall and 1st in his category - a Dublin Champion, congrats. Also running for the club were Jimmy Courtney, Maire Norris, Joe Delaney, Joe Chaney and Tom Turner - well done all.
