In Dublin we had 9 members racing in the BHAA Finding the Run of Ourselves (as opposed to losing the run of ourselves!!) 10k. Congrats to Paul Cowhie who 2nd in the race in 34:27mins and to Maire Norris who was 2nd in her category in 47:29mins. Team prizes on the day went to Manufacturing B (Tom Turner, Padraig Gibbons and Brian Doyle), Owen McFeely (on the Retail team) and Stephen Downey (on the Aer Lingus team). Well done all.
In Wicklow we had two competitors in the Lakelands 10k - well done to Sanjaa Chilkhaajav who was 18th overall in 38:28mins and to Martin Mullarkey (43:46mins).
And then to Kerry - congrats to Ann Horan who was 7th in the Killarney Ladies Mini Marathon 10k in 43:39mins.
Finally in results news an update from last weekend's National Marathon in Athenry - congrats to Susan Waterstone who was 1st in her category and was 22mins ahead of 2nd place. An amazing result.
