Weekend Round-Up - Great results for CSH runners around Ireland

It was a busy racing weekend with CSH members competing in three different races across the country. First to race was Ann Horan in the very scenic Ballydehob 10k in West Cork on St Patrick’s Day. Ann was the 8^th lady home in 45mins 59sec – well done Ann. Next to race was Paul Cowhie in the MSB St Patrick’s Festival 5K in Dublin on Sunday. Paul finished in a fantastic 16mins 13sec and was 18^th overall in the race and 2^nd in his very competitive category. Final race of the weekend was the Mallow 10mile with Mariana Botnari achieving a PB in 73mins 21sec and Willie Devine was 2^nd in his category in 76mins 4sec – a great result for Willie and Mariana. Congratulations to all and looking forward to another busy week of races with the BHAA NCF Floodlit 5k on Wednesday and Dunboyne 4mile next Sunday. Finally good luck also to Dave Sweeney who is representing Ireland on the International Garda team next Saturday
